Practice Cancelled 4/21/20146 Please complete at home workout

Indoor workout
Push-up/crunch ladder to 10
*do 1pushup 1 crunch
*do 2 push-ups 2 crunches 
* repeat to 10 and come back down the ladder
* High Jumpers do 3 sets of back bends and hurdle stretches.

Do 20 minutes of cardio--elliptical, bike, treadmill, jump rope, etc....Be Safe and stay dry!
