The UYSL is selling Super Bowl squares as our Winter fundraiser. Tickets are $20 per square and can be purchased via this form.

Payment can be made via Venmo @uxbridgeyouthsoccerleague-UYSL. Include “Super Bowl Squares” and your full name in the transaction note.

-Deadline: All sales must be completed by Feb 4, 2026 or until squares are filled.
- Eligibility: Must be 18+ years old to participate
- Squares: Randomly assigned after payment is received.
- Agreement: By purchasing, you agree your name and winnings may be published.
